Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, RRozelle's Creations ships within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to more international destinations soon.

What is your return policy for damaged goods?

We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to receive a full refund or replacement.

Are your handcrafted pieces unique?

Yes! Many of our items are handcrafted, meaning slight variations in color, texture, and wood grain may occur, making each piece a one-of-a-kind addition to your home.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has entered the fulfillment stage, we are unable to make further changes.
